SCRIPTURE MEMORIZATION
Memorization is for meditation, and meditation is for our eternal joy in God. Meditating on Scripture both day and night, makes us like trees planted by streams of water, beholding Christ and bearing fruit for God’s glory (Psalm 1:3; Luke 24:27; John 15:4-7). Your elders are eager to pursue churchwide Scripture memory with you in 2026, using Fighter Verses (Set 1) as a tool. The most important resource is this bookmark, which you can also find at The Hub. When you sit down with your Bible in the morning, it will remind you what to memorize and meditate on.
2026 BIBLE READING PLANS
Plan for how you will regularly feed on the Word this year. If you don't already have a plan, we recommend one of these options. Visit the website links provided and print the PDFs or request a copy from the office. All of these are helpful in their own way. Try a new one or stick to what works for you. Any way you choose to do it, be devoted this year to seeing, savoring, and sharing the Word of life.
