Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to the Lord.
Colossians 3:16
CONGREGATIONAL SINGING
Worship flows from a heart that is loved by God and therefore loves God. Having beheld the glory of God, the heart treasures and enjoys God, in Christ, above all things. When we gather on Sunday mornings, we bring our individual worship of God together as one body. Just as personal inner worship of God emanates into outward acts of worship, the gathered worship of the church emanates from our gatherings and into our lives when we scatter. The habits of grace we embody together shape our lives when we are apart.
Meadow Creek Church seeks to sing songs that are tasteful, tested, and true. Within this, we select songs that are doctrinally meaningful, memorable, and have an approachable melody for everyone in the body, young and old. In all of this, the core of our musical worship is not to make much of ourselves, but to make much of our triune God together.

CHILDREN'S CHOIR
K - 5TH GRADE
2ND & 4TH WEDNESDAYS OF THE MONTH
6:30 PM - 8:00 PM | SCHOOL SIDE
"I will sing to the LORD as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have being" (Psalm 104:33).
Choir for children exists to help set them on a course of lifelong treasuring and proclaiming of God's infinite worth through song. Our goal is to disciple children in the truth of God's word, through teaching about worship and music and through song lyrics. We also develop their singing voices and understanding of music, for the enjoyment of God's good gift. We learn songs and share them with the congregation for their encouragement and for the children's engagement in corporate worship. The children's choir meets during Midweek Fellowship (6:30pm) on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month.
CHOIR COORDINATOR | JOANNA MCCONNELL
Brief description of JoAnna's passion and history in this ministry.
I will bless the Lord at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul makes its boast in the LORD; let the humble hear and be glad. Oh, magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt in his name together!
